Senior Project Manager / Team Leader - Mechanical & Plumbing Construction

A well-established and highly respected mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Team Leader to oversee high-profile commercial construction projects while leading a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
- Oversee large-scale mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Review plans and specifications, identify risks, and develop project execution strategies.
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, procurement, manpower planning, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead preconstruction, progress, and project closeout meetings.
- Drive customer satisfaction and maintain strong project relationships.
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects.
- Experience delivering complex projects in healthcare, educational, institutional, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.
- Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting, and project closeouts.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - OSHA certification is a plus.
