Senior Project Manager; Data Center

Airswift is partnering with a leading EPC/EPCM and construction organization to identify experienced Project Managers for large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical construction projects across North America.

This position is responsible for leading project execution from preconstruction through turnover, with accountability for project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, subcontractor management, client relationships, and overall project performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering complex construction projects in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Oversee procurement activities, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with field operations, engineering teams, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• 8+ years of construction management or project management experience.
• Experience delivering Data Center or Mission Critical construction projects.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Experience leading complex technical construction projects from inception through closeout.
• Experience working for a General Contractor, EPC, EPCM, or Design-Build organization preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
