My client in the civil engineering space, is looking for an experienced Regional Safety Manager to oversee and support Environmental, Health & Safety operations across projects throughout Texas.
This is a full-time, field-based leadership role that requires regular travel to active job sites and offices across the state, including the Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin areas, along with other project locations as needed.
This individual will partner closely with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors and safety personnel to ensure safety standards and expectations are consistently followed across all projects.
We're looking for someone who is truly field-driven and enjoys being out on project sites rather than managing safety primarily from an office. The right person will be comfortable spending a significant amount of time in the field, building relationships with crews and supervisors, identifying potential risks before incidents occur, holding teams accountable to safety expectations, and working with operations leaders to develop practical solutions that maintain a strong commitment to safety.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who leads by example, is proactive in their approach, and is passionate about creating a strong safety culture through visibility, engagement, and collaboration with project teams.
