Job Description & How to Apply Below

Senior Superintendent – Healthcare Construction (Electrical) | Downtown Dallas, TX

$170K–$200K+ Base | Career-Defining Mega-Project | 2027–2033

A leading national electrical contractor is bringing a major $250M+ healthcare construction project in Downtown Dallas into its pipeline, and is hiring a Senior Superintendent to help lead it from the ground up. This is not a role for someone who simply knows how to run electrical installations. This is a leadership seat on one of the largest healthcare builds in the market, running through roughly 2033.

If you've been looking for the project that defines the next chapter of your career, this is it.

The Opportunity
  • Lead field execution on a $250M+ healthcare construction project in Downtown Dallas
  • Multi-year commitment — project is expected to run through approximately 2033
  • Work alongside a company actively scaling its healthcare and large-scale construction division, with additional Superintendent-level hires to follow
  • Immediate start available for the right person, ahead of the project's Q1 2027 staffing ramp
  • Base salary of $170K–$200K
, with flexibility above that range for candidates who bring the right level of experience
What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing hands‑on field leadership across a large, complex electrical construction project
  • Leading and coordinating multiple crews, teams, and subcontracted field resources — not everyone on site will report directly to you, and you'll need to know how to lead them anyway
  • Owning quality, schedule, and execution standards on a high‑value, high‑visibility build
  • Acting as a key point of coordination and communication between field teams, project leadership, and client stakeholders
  • Managing the complexity that comes with large‑scale, multi‑crew healthcare construction
What We're Looking For
  • Significant electrical construction experience
, ideally with healthcare project exposure
  • Proven Senior Superintendent‑level leadership on large‑scale, complex projects
  • A track record of leading large field teams and managing multiple crews/resources simultaneously
  • Strong field leadership — this is a boots‑on‑the‑ground role, not a desk job
  • Experience leading teams who aren't necessarily direct employees — subcontractors, trade partners, and mixed field resources
  • Sharp communication and coordination skills; comfortable operating at a senior level with clients and internal leadership alike
  • Someone who can handle scale — this is not an "average Superintendent" project
Why This Role

Projects of this size and duration don't come up often. This is a multi‑year, high‑value healthcare build with real career runway attached — the kind of project that becomes the headline on your resume for the next decade. The company is investing in the right leadership first, and is willing to pay for the right person.
