, including significant government housing work, market-rate multifamily, hospitality, and renovation projects. The business has experience managing a pipeline in excess of $1B

The Preconstruction Manager will lead the preconstruction process from initial concept through to construction handoff, working closely with owners, developers, architects, subcontractors, and the internal project team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead preconstruction activities for multifamily and other assigned projects.
- Develop and manage budgets, estimates, schedules, and procurement strategies.
- Review plans and specifications, identifying scope gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with architects, owners, developers, and consultants throughout design.
- Lead value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
- Develop detailed conceptual and final estimates.
- Assist with project buyout and transition projects successfully into construction.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Support business development and pursuit activities where required.
- Help develop and improve the company's preconstruction processes.
- Strong experience in preconstruction within a General Contracting environment
. - Significant multifamily construction experience is essential.
- Experience working for a contractor/developer with a $1B+ project pipeline strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability.
- Comfortable working with owners, architects, developers, and subcontractors.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify project risks and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
