HVAC Superintendent – Dallas, TX

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading mechanical contractor to identify an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial mechanical construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced HVAC field professional who is passionate about safety, quality, team development, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

• Lead all field operations for commercial HVAC construction projects.
• Supervise Foremen, technicians, craft personnel, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Oversee ductwork, mechanical piping, equipment installation, controls, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, mechanical codes, project specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers and other trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, and coordination plans to ensure proper installation.
• Maintain project quality while meeting production schedules and critical milestones.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and scheduling challenges.
• Develop and mentor Foremen and other field leaders.

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience.
• Previous HVAC Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, mechanical piping, equipment installation, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, and field productivity.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
