Superintendent — Tenant Improvement Construction
Our client is a highly regarded commercial construction firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area seeking a proven Tenant Improvement Superintendent to lead field operations across fast-paced, high-quality interior construction projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial tenant improvement projects from mobilization through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, inspections, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics.
- Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule while proactively resolving field issues.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager on daily execution, look-aheads, site coordination, and client communication.
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes to identify potential conflicts before they impact the project.
- Maintain a professional, organized jobsite and uphold high expectations for subcontractor performance.
- Report to the Director of Tenant Improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
- Strong, recent tenant improvement / interior construction experience.
- Background managing multiple trades, subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and active commercial jobsites.
- Familiarity with Dallas-Fort Worth area subcontractors, permitting, inspections, and local project conditions.
- Strong communication, scheduling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on field leader who takes pride in quality, safety, and delivering for the client.
Compensation & Culture
- $115,000–$150,000 base salary, plus bonus
