Compensation: $65-75K annual

Megatel Homes is one of the fastest‑growing home builders in Texas, and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer (75%) & Content Creator (25%) to elevate our brand across print, digital, and social platforms. This role is perfect for someone with strong design skills who also enjoys creating engaging content for modern audiences.



Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary – 75%)

• Design compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, digital ads, social media graphics, and presentations
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all Megatel Homes platforms
• Create visual assets for new communities, floor plans, elevations, and promotional campaigns
• Refresh and elevate existing materials with a cohesive, modern aesthetic
• Support website graphics, landing pages, and email marketing visuals
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to conceptualize and execute design projects
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality

Content Creation (Secondary – 25%)

• Create engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, X)
• Develop short‑form graphics, carousels, memes, and promotional visuals
• Assist with basic video content (simple edits, captions, thumbnails)
• Adapt content for campaigns, launches, and community promotions
• Support content calendars and contribute creative ideas for social engagement
• Stay current on social media trends and apply them appropriately to the brand
• Manage our Linked In Life feature

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of professional design experience
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience designing for print + digital
• Portfolio showcasing polished, modern design work
• Social media content creation experience
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail
• Take direction well and incorporate feedback constructively

Bonus Skills: basic video editing, photography/videography, CMS familiarity, real estate or architecture experience, Canva, PowerPoint.
