Who You’ll Be Working With

As a Creative Design Senior Associate, you’ll join a creative team that values strong craft, clear thinking, and collaboration—designers, writers, motion and production partners, and creative leads who care about making work that is both beautiful and useful. You’ll work closely with Creative Account and Strategy teammates who help clarify the goal behind each project, so the design stays grounded in the brief and the audience it is meant to reach.

As projects move from idea to execution, you’ll partner with developers and platform specialists when work touches web, email, or templated systems, and you’ll collaborate with media and channel teams to ensure designs are built for how people actually experience them—whether that is a paid social unit, an email module, or a landing page. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to share your thinking with clients and internal teams, helping align around clear, effective visual direction.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Own design projects from early concept through final delivery, keeping timelines, details, and quality on track.
  • Create polished visual work across digital and print—ad units, social content, email, web and landing pages, and campaign toolkits.
  • Build and apply design systems and templates that help teams move faster while staying consistent and on-brand.
  • Translate creative briefs into thoughtful design solutions that support the strategy and make the message easy to understand.
  • Design with the end user in mind, applying usability and accessibility best practices so the work functions as well as it looks.
  • Develop layouts, wireframes, user flows, and supporting artifacts when they help clarify structure and improve the final experience.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, and other creatives to ensure the work feels cohesive across message, design, and build.
  • Present your work clearly—walking others through your choices and tying visuals back to the goal and audience.
  • Manage feedback with a steady hand, making revisions that address input while protecting the integrity of the idea.
  • Use performance insights when available to strengthen the work over time—learning what is working and applying it to the next round.
  • Use modern tools (including AI when helpful) to streamline production, explore options faster, and keep work moving—without losing craft or originality.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in creative account management or production coordination, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong design fundamentals and a sharp eye for composition, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Comfort designing across formats and channels, with an understanding of what changes between print, web, email, and paid media.
  • The ability to turn a brief into clear visual direction—and to bring options, not just a single execution.
  • Confidence presenting work and explaining design choices in a way that is easy for both creative and non‑creative partners to follow.
  • A thoughtful approach to feedback, deadlines, and collaboration—steady, flexible, and solutions‑oriented.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and usability principles, and a desire to keep improving how people experience the work.
  • Comfort using modern design workflows and tools to work efficiently, while keeping quality high.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront…
