Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets for digital platforms including social media, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising across all brands
Create print materials such as flyers, event collateral, signage, and in-store promotional pieces
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all 15 brands, ensuring consistency while honoring each brand's unique character
Partner with fellow marketing team members on campaign concepts, translating marketing strategies into visually engaging creative
Create graphics and visual content for use across brand websites, including imagery for landing pages, banners, and promotional features
Produce assets for event marketing and promotional campaigns across locations
Create templates and design systems that streamline production across multiple brands and locations
Support video and motion graphics projects as needed for social media and digital channels
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
Utilize marketing tools including Popmenu, Slack, and Notion to streamline workflows and team collaboration (training provided)
Stay current on design trends, hospitality branding, and visual marketing best practices
QualificationsRequired:
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output, with a desire to continue learning and integrating AI into graphic design workflows
Mac proficiency required
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and brand consistency
Excellent communication skills and ability to take creative direction while also contributing original ideas
Self-motivated, efficient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Career-minded individual looking to grow with a dynamic company
Preferred:
Hospitality or restaurant industry experience
Experience designing for multi-brand or multi-location organizations
Passion for food and beverage culture
What We OfferSalary: $62,000–$65,000 annually

Full-time, 40 hours per week
