We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and help create and execute memorable events that align with our company's vision and objectives. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including conferences, corporate meetings, social gatherings, and promotional activities.

Compensation: $51,000 - $62,000 / year

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Select and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other service providers to ensure the highest quality services.
• Create and distribute event promotional materials, both digitally and physically, to drive attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events through various channels.
• Oversee event logistics, including catering, audio-visual needs, transportation, and accommodations for attendees.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
