WhatWill You Do?
As a Director of Experimentation & Projects at The Dallas Morning News, you will develop, launch, and manage experiments to expand audience reach and storytelling in collaboration with leaders. You will guide complex journalistic projects from concept to publication, managing schedules, resources, and quality standards. Additionally, you will lead reporter teams by handling recruitment, performance reviews, and workload distribution to meet goals.
