Graphic Designer & Production Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Manage client communication from enquiry to final design approval
• Understand requirements, propose design solutions, and handle revisions efficiently
• Prepare and issue detailed job sheets for production
• Create accurate production-ready artwork for printing, CNC cutting, and fabrication
• Coordinate with production staff and installers remotely to ensure smooth execution
• Schedule installations and follow up on job progress
• Design a wide range of signage including stickers, light boxes, illuminated letters, menus, and banners
• Ensure all files are properly formatted and optimized for production use
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all outputs
• Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design (signage / print / production preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiar with AI tools (image generation, upscaling, enhancement)
• Good understanding of print and production workflows
• Able to prepare clean, accurate production files without supervision
• Strong English communication skills (client-facing role)
• Able to follow instructions clearly and execute with minimal errors
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Able to meet deadlines consistently
