Summary

The Director, TFC Events & Brand Experiences is a seasoned event leader with the instincts of a top-tier agency producer and the poise to operate flawlessly in front of C-suite executives, VIP clients, and high-stakes brand audiences. This role owns the elevated end of TFC’s event portfolio – intimate executive dinners, curated client showcases, marquee brand activations – where precision, presence, and professionalism are key.

This position serves as a primary event lead across Sparks, 3D, Freeman, Studio Blue, and TFC’s signature cross-brand experiences. This role operates with clarity on what to lead, when to flex, and how to deliver consistently across a multi-brand portfolio.

This position will support our Marketing team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Multi-Brand Event Portfolio Execution
  • Support the Sr. Director in delivering TFC’s overarching event experience strategy, ensuring all activations meet the quality bar and brand presence standards set at the leadership level.
  • Serve as a primary event lead for the Sparks/3D brand portfolio, with flex support across Freeman, Studio Blue, and TFC signature experiences.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution across the full event lifecycle: strategy, logistics, vendor management, brand team prep, brand storytelling alignment, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with the broader TFC Events team (Sr. Manager, Events Managers) as well as cross-functional department liaisons as needed to ensure seamless resource deployment and consistent portfolio coverage across all brands.
Agency & High-Touch Event Specialization
  • Design and execute elevated event experiences for agency clients, executive audiences, and VIP stakeholders, including C-suite dinners, proprietary client showcases, and flagship brand activations, where flawless delivery defines the standard.
  • Bring a genuine agency mindset to every event: anticipating client and stakeholder needs, communicating proactively, and delivering at the highest level of professionalism and precision.
  • Develop and steward immersive VIP showcase programs in close partnership with the Sr. Director.
  • Build and maintain a curated vendor and production partner network capable of supporting luxury-level events with bespoke programming and hospitality elements.
Event Strategy & SOP Development
  • In partnership with the Sr. Director, establish, document, and continuously improve TFC event production standards and SOPs, creating a consistent operational backbone for the team.
  • Develop event planning frameworks that ensure quality and equity across the full tier spectrum, from large flagship activations to smaller, high-touch executive events.
  • Contribute to the intake process and quality assurance standards for brand event activations, working within the overarching framework set by Sr. Director.
  • Build a cross-brand learnings pipeline, sharing innovations, vendor insights, and production best practices across the full TFC Events team.
