Bruno is seeking an Email & Web Designer to join its Marketing & Communications team in Dallas, onsite.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of digital creative for marketing campaigns and organizational initiatives.
Create and deliver high quality digital assets for email, websites, landing pages, social channels, and other online touchpoints.
Act as the lead designer for email marketing, crafting engaging templates and campaigns that support attendance, membership growth, fundraising, revenue generation, and audience engagement goals.
Support ongoing website enhancements and ensure visual consistency across digital properties.
Translate complex messaging into clear, accessible digital experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure designs are implemented effectively in web and email environments while upholding brand standards.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and development of motion graphics, animation, video elements, and interactive content.
Provide creative concepts and strategic design solutions for digital content planning.
Participate in website and email performance reviews to identify opportunities for design improvements and innovation.
Manage and maintain digital asset libraries and content management systems.
Support additional design-related projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2 to 4+ years of professional digital design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment.
Strong proficiency in email marketing design and strategy.
Demonstrated experience creating high-quality digital creative for email, web, and social media.
Portfolio showcasing successful digital design projects and visual solutions tied to business objectives.
Experience designing promotional, e-commerce, fundraising, or brand-focused email campaigns.
Working knowledge of website management platforms such as Word Press, Elementor, or similar tools.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Understanding of web accessibility standards and digital design best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
