Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

12-Month Contract | 40 Hours per Week

Our enterprise-level client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a high-performing digital product team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Transform business requirements and customer insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Drive user-centered design practices, leveraging research and data to inform design decisions.
• Create scalable design solutions that align with established design systems and accessibility standards.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and executive teams.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices across products.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design work across web and/or mobile applications.
• Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale digital products and platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
