The OpportunityWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to develop polished visual content and help manage the firm's social media presence. This role combines hands-on design with content planning, coordination, scheduling, and quality control across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate has strong aesthetic judgment and can independently create professional, cohesive materials that reflect the credibility of a U.S. law firm. You will build monthly content calendars, produce and adapt graphics for multiple platforms, coordinate internal reviews and approvals, schedule content, and confirm that posts are published accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Brand Management- Create professional, clean, sophisticated, and visually cohesive designs that consistently reflect the firm's brand standards.
- Design social media graphics, website banners, blog featured images, client success story graphics, Google Ads creatives, thumbnails, email marketing graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, presentations, event materials, business cards, templates, logos, and other brand assets.
- Apply strong principles of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, color coordination, composition, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Adapt designs to the dimensions, formats, audiences, and presentation styles required by different digital and social media platforms.
- Create and maintain editable templates and well-organized design files and brand assets for efficient reuse and collaboration.
- Complete basic photo editing and image retouching and, where applicable, create short-form videos, Reels, captions, subtitles, and thumbnails.
- Develop balanced monthly social media content calendars based on the firm's priorities, campaigns, legal topics, and audience needs.
- Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In using Meta Business Suite or comparable social media management tools.
- Coordinate captions, graphics, videos, deadlines, internal review, approval status, and publication dates to keep content production on schedule.
- Adapt the same core topic for each platform while maintaining consistent branding and tailoring the format and presentation to the relevant audience.
- Review spelling, formatting, images, links, dimensions, and brand consistency before publication, and confirm that scheduled content is published correctly and on time.
- Monitor basic social media performance metrics and use findings to support improvements to future content.
- Use AI-assisted design, image-generation, and content-development tools responsibly to support ideation, production, and workflow efficiency.
- Review, edit, and refine AI-generated materials to correct inaccuracies, visual defects, inconsistent branding, and other quality concerns before submission.
- Protect confidential company and client information by following firm guidelines when using AI and other third-party platforms.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines, communicate progress regularly, raise potential delays in advance, and complete revisions accurately and promptly.
