Key Responsibilities:

• Are you a passionate and visually driven UX Product Designer who thrives in creating exceptional mobile experiences? We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer with extensive experience designing native iOS and Android applications and a proven track record of delivering user-centered digital products from concept to launch.
• This is an exciting opportunity to influence product strategy, shape user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and impactful solutions.
• Lead user-centered design initiatives and apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex business and user problems.
• Facilitate product discovery workshops and problem-framing sessions to identify opportunities and align solutions with business goals.
• Define and drive UX vision, strategy, and roadmap alignment across product portfolios.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless design-to-development collaboration and handoff.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices, ensuring WCAG compliance.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous design improvements.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of design processes and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing impactful mobile product experiences.
• Expertise in:
  User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking, Product Discovery & Problem Framing, UX Strategy & Roadmap Alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
  Components, Auto Layout, Interactive Prototyping, Design Systems.
• Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams and managing design handoffs.
• Deep understanding of Accessibility Standards and WCAG Guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence product direction and drive design decisions in a fast-paced environment.
