Senior Graphic Designer

We are conducting a confidential search for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for developing visual experiences that captivate and connect. This individual will help shape and evolve brand identities from initial concept through execution across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is a bold thinker who brings fresh ideas, pushes creative boundaries, and translates strategy into compelling visual work.

• Conceptualize and execute compelling designs for menus, event promotions, websites, social media campaigns, email marketing, property signage, and other brand touch points
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to transform ideas into impactful visual stories that elevate the guest experience
• Lead creative development for new brand launches, property openings, seasonal campaigns, and special initiatives
• Create mood boards, brand guidelines, and original concepts that reflect each brand’s unique identity, voice, and vision
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, demonstrating strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail
• Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas that keep each brand relevant and visually distinctive

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Four to six years of experience in a creative design role; experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or an agency environment is a plus
• A strong passion for visual storytelling and the ability to adapt across multiple brands and creative styles
• A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication and presentation skills
