As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Alison Fourtner, you have the opportunity to join an extremely successful agency for a lifelong career. RESPONSIBILITIES- Make daily outbound dials and sell insurance.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong oral/written communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Must be able to obtain (or already possess) Texas General Lines Property and Casualty and Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health licenses.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
