Overview

Join a fast-growing team where customer service, teamwork, and fun come first! We're expanding our Dallas team and looking for a Dispatcher to help coordinate service installations and provide top-tier support to customers and field teams. You'll serve as a key point of contact between our call center, customers, and technicians, while helping keep schedules tight, communication clear, and service seamless.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and dispatch service installation orders
  • Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues
  • Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications
  • Support smooth operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently
What Were Looking For
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written)
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure with sound decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in basic computer use and data entry
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Open availability (Mon-Fri, 6 AM-9 PM & rotating Sat, 8 AM-5 PM)
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with basic computer skills and data entry
  • Proficient communication skills (oral and written)
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates must have open availability to work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on rotating Saturdays. Flexibility to cover varying shift times is essential to meet operational needs
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
