Client Support Representative
My client was founded in 2017 to help financial advisors secure their clients' financial futures. They focus on independent Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs), delivering financial products that advisors can’t easily access today through beautiful, scalable, and easy-to-use technology.
They work with over 900 RIAs that collectively represent more than $1.6T in assets under management across two industry‑leading products. Today, we are looking for a strong client support representative to handle client accounts and cash movements. This role involves providing white‑glove customer service, answering questions from end clients, and relaying feedback to product and engineering teams.
The Hybrid role is based in Dallas to provide extended support hours for clients on the West Coast and operates on a hybrid work model, with employees coming to the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Lunch is provided on in‑office days and team meetings and collaboration are encouraged.
Responsibilities- Handle client accounts and cash movements.
- Provide white‑glove customer service to end clients.
- Answer client questions and resolve issues.
- Collect and relay client feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Series 7 license required.
- Experience in client support or customer service in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
