• Greet members/guest warmly and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently
• Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles parked on the premises
• Provide excellent member/guest service by addressing inquiries and requests courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
• Follow company policies and procedures related to vehicle handling and guest interactions
• Assist with other related tasks as needed to support the team

• Previous experience in valet parking or customer service is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate vehicle keys and handle vehicles safely
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
