Part Time - Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for client outreach – to ensure that the customer’s service levels are met and to help grow the customer’s account. This position will assist with soft collection reach outs where necessary and support the team with communications and administrative support where needed.

The responsibilities listed below represent the core functions of this position and may evolve based on organizational needs:

• Ensure timely outreach whenever there is a lack of response or unresolved customer matter.
• Develop and execute customer outreach projects, including researching clients and creating strategies to secure key contacts.
• Compile, analyze, and present customer metrics as needed.
• Conduct customer collection outreach, when necessary. (limited to reminder communications only)
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and provide support wherever needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate professionally with clients at various levels.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities with effective follow up
• 3+ years of customer service that is not in a call center environment
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• MS Excel Intermediate level to include pivot tables, and formulas.
