Client Service Specialist:

The Client Service Specialist supports and strengthens client relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. The position is key to maintaining quality standards, timely resolutions, and building trust with clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responds to client orders, service requests, invoice questions, and general inquiries.

Investigates and resolves issues related to orders, delivery dates, billing, or service discrepancies.

Manages client complaints by determining the root cause, identifying and explaining appropriate solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure successful resolution.

Maintains accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions in company systems.

Provides proactive support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Strong client service and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with freight forwarding and logistics processes preferred.
