The Museum of Illusions Dallas is gearing up for our grand reopening, and we’re excited to expand our team! We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Illusions Curators. If you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and working in a fun, engaging environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and Assist Guests:
    Greet visitors with a warm smile, provide navigation tips, and share insights into our amazing exhibits. Help guests capture the perfect photos of their illusion-filled experience.
  • Engage in the Museum Shop:
    Offer information about our unique games and merchandise.
  • Ticket Sales:
    Manage transactions efficiently using our POS system.
  • Support Marketing Efforts:
    Encourage guests to leave reviews and distribute promotional materials to build excitement about the Museum.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and address any concerns by escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Keep the Museum clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Answer guest inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism.
  • Manage daily mail, deliveries, and front-desk security procedures.
What We’re Looking For
  • Customer Service

    Experience:

    A background in guest-facing roles is a plus.
  • Strong Communication

    Skills:

    Ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
  • Proactive Problem‑Solving:
    Resourcefulness and the ability to handle challenges calmly.
  • Excellent Organization:
    Skilled at managing tasks, multitasking, and staying on schedule under pressure.
