The Role

We're seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator. This role serves as a primary point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting daily property operations by delivering exceptional customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide friendly, professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
  • Assist with resident amenities, including parking access, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor coordination
  • Support concierge operations, including deliveries and break coverage
  • Enter and track work orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Issue and manage access cards and credentials
  • Help maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, front drive, and parking areas
  • Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support resident satisfaction and property operations
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in residential, hospitality, or apartment communities preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
