Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for students, partners, and prospective clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
