CoreResponsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests by greeting visitors, answering questions, and providing a positive dealership experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls, assist with basic administrative support for departments such as Finance and Accounting, and handle cash/card transactions
- Help maintain a clean, professional showroom environment and support daily front-desk operations
- Performing other duties as needed
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and learn dealership systems quickly
