What You ll Do:

• Pay Out Tickets:
  Handle customer payouts with accuracy.
• Manage Money:
  Keep precise records of all cash and check balances.
• Deliver Exceptional Service:
  Be the go-to person for our dealers, vendors, and customers, ensuring a fantastic experience every time.
• Data Entry:
  Enter all transaction data into our software.
• File Management:
  Keep all transaction-related files organized and up-to-date.
• Versatile Role:
  Take on other exciting duties as they come up!

What You ll Need:

• Independent Spirit:
  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

  Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Trustworthy:
  Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Office Environment:
  Work in a comfortable office setting with all the necessary tools.
• Physical Activity:
  Stay active with tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
