We’re hiring a motivated and client-focused Customer Success Associate to help ensure every client receives organized, responsive, and high-quality support throughout their experience.

In this role, you’ll act as a key point of contact for clients—maintaining clear communication, coordinating updates, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. You’ll work independently while leveraging structured systems, tools, and mentorship to deliver a polished, professional experience from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in organized environments, and takes ownership of delivering positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and service updates
  • Monitor client progress and ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
  • Identify potential issues and proactively assist in resolving them
  • Provide consistent follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
  • Utilize provided systems and workflows to maintain service standards
