Order Management Specialist

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing team in Wylie, TX.

This position is responsible for managing the customer order process from initial customer request for pricing and presentation of the pricing quote through receipt of the customer service order and entry into the order management system (SAP and or JDE). This position will also act as a conduit between customer and the functional groups on any changes to product or shipping schedule prior to customer receipt of product.

The individual in this position will be expected to form strong relationships with customers, helping to identify solutions that will benefit both the customer and the company.

Handles all customer service requests, managing customer orders from placement through shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying prices, credit memos, and return merchandize authorization (RMA).

• Maintains a network of appropriate contacts within the various Departments, such as Shipping, Purchasing, Production, etc. as well as external venders.
