The Dallas Arboretum is looking for an energetic, people‑first Lead, Guest Experience Ticket Booth professional to bring our guest experience to life.

- Guide, coach, and support team members in daily operations

- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism (in person and over the phone)
- Help guests book tickets and navigate their visit with ease
- Answer questions about the garden, events, and offerings
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- De‑escalate situations and turn challenges into positive experiences
- Ensure team adherence to Dallas Arboretum policies and service standards
- Assist with basic cash handling and ticketing processes
- Step in wherever needed across Guest Experience department to keep things running smoothly
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Customer service experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer experience required (Microsoft Office products).
- Physical ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and seasonal evening hours.
- Ability to pass all pre‑employment requirements including a background check and drug test.
