At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community.

• Greet guests and help them select the right cake for their celebrations.
• Ensure orders are accurate and completed smoothly.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly environment and contribute to a joyful bakery experience.

• Ability to work in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to be trained in cake crafting and customer service.

• Enjoy your evenings:
  We close earlier than most food service jobs.
