Pay Rate:

  • General Staff $25 per hour
  • Experience Production Assistants $30 per hour

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking polished, adaptable, and experienced event professionals to support a National Fraternity Conference — one of the most prestigious gatherings in the African American professional community. This is a high-visibility, high-expectation assignment requiring team members who bring professionalism, precision, and poise.

This is a high-visibility event with large attendance, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced operational cadence. Team members hired for this assignment must be able to think clearly, remain professional under pressure, and adapt quickly as event needs evolve in real time.

We are looking for strong professionals who can step into a dynamic environment, take direction, solve problems, and represent Fierce Staffing with excellence.

Brand Ambassadors

Brand Ambassadors will support guest-facing event operations and help maintain a positive, organized, and engaging attendee experience.

Primary responsibilities may include:
  • Greeting guests
  • Wayfinding and directional support
  • Guest assistance throughout the venue
  • Supporting activation areas and public-facing spaces
  • Maintaining a polished, high-energy, and professional presence
Production Assistants

Production Assistants will support behind-the-scenes operational needs and assist with execution across event setup, logistics, and event flow.

Primary responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown
  • Supporting signage, materials, and equipment placement
  • Helping with operational logistics and supply movement
  • Supporting event leadership with onsite needs
  • Completing tasks quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment
Registration Support Staff

Registration Support Staff will support attendee check-in and entry operations with a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and guest service.

Primary responsibilities may include:
  • Registration and check-in support
  • Guest list and badge support
  • Directional assistance near entry points
  • Managing orderly guest flow
  • Helping maintain an efficient and welcoming arrival experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, conference support, registration, guest services, or live event production preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required
  • Professional presentation and polished appearance required
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to perform in a fast-moving event environment
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable following direction and adapting to changing event needs
  • Production Assistant candidates should be comfortable with hands‑on operational work and physical event support as needed

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and prepared to work in a high-expectation environment
Schedule & Availability
  • Virtual Training Options:
    July 8th at 6PM CST or July 11th at 11AM CST
  • Event Working Dates: Tuesday, July 14 through Tuesday, July 21, 2026
  • Shifts will be available once onboarding and training is complete.
  • Open availability during these dates is strongly preferred.
  • Exact training times and shift schedules will be provided closer to the event.
