Aboutour Brand Ambassador Position:
As a Brand Ambassador for Top View Sightseeing, you will be the face and voice of our brand, responsible for promoting our services and enhancing our visibility and reputation. Your primary role is to engage with potential customers, tourists, and local communities to drive awareness and interest in our sightseeing tours and packages.
Responsibilities:- Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information.
- Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing guests to the bus/boat.
- Collecting guest information to assist in resolving customer service‑related issues and concerns.
- Coordinating with and supporting colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute day‑to‑day operations.
- Being responsible for company equipment.
- Promoting a culture of positivity.
- Monitoring the safety of employees and guests.
- Conducting and submitting various reports as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and articulate key selling points effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations.
- Knowledge of New York City attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with potential for remote or off‑site assignments.
$19 per hour. Part‑time, seasonal. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
