Position OverviewThe Front Desk Concierge (Resident Services Associate) serves as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. This is a front-facing hospitality role that requires professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities- Greet residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage package receiving, logging, and notification
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and service recovery
- Maintain accurate logs and front desk records
- Coordinate with building staff and management as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment
- Enforce building access policies and visitor procedures
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with consistent availability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain attentive throughout the shift
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Full-time, shifts vary, weekend and holiday availability required
