Magma Math is seeking a Customer Success professional based in Dallas (Addison) to manage district partnerships and ensure educators derive maximum value from our solutions. This role requires building strong relationships with district leaders, guiding them on product usage, and driving adoption of best-in-class math instruction.
With a focus on collaboration and customer insights, the successful candidate will work closely with Account Management, Product, and Sales teams, shaping the customer experience positively. The role includes visiting partner districts and participating in a hybrid work culture with four days in the office.
