Customer Service Agent I
- Shop
The Customer Service Agent I
- Shop is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway "Shop" operations. This position assists customers looking to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles completely online and have them delivered to their home.
Location:
Onsite, Dallas, TX
Pay Range: $40,000-$60,000 plus incentive
Responsibilities
- Customer Concierge:
- Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
- Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email
- Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
- Presents financing terms
- Presents protection products (ex: Extended warranties)
- Collects down payment, Driver's License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income
- Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines
- Maintain activity log
- Other duties as assigned
