Through our nonprofit My Brother Rocks The Spectrum Foundation, we provide social skills groups and activities for children across the spectrum. We Rock the Spectrum Dallas provides children with a fun and motivational environment to help them in the areas of strength, movement, sensory processing, communication, positive behavior modification, social interactions, and self-care skills.

Our unique equipment assists all children in their neurological growth and development.

Team Member (Part-Time)

Salary: $12-$14 per hour

- Dallas, a children's gym, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

As a Team Member at our children's gym, you will be responsible for checking in customers, answering the phone, and maintaining cleanliness in our facility. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for our young customers.

• Greet and check in customers – children and parents – with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for kids
• Assist team members with tasks as needed
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times, especially when interacting with children

• Excellent customer service skills, especially when working with children and parents
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Prior experience with children and a customer service role is a plus
