Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and enjoys creating a seamless customer experience through warm transfers.

Pay: $17.00/hour base

Additional: $100.00 Internet stipend

Bonus/Commission: Based on quality metrics

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time

Start Date: July 7th

Location: 100% Remote

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Perform warm transfers
    , ensuring the receiving agent is briefed on the customer's needs before connecting the call.
  • Navigate CRM and phone systems efficiently while on live calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a remote environment.
  • Reliable computer, camera, microphone, and high-speed internet connection.
  • Commitment to working a set Pacific Time schedule.
