Atos is seeking a Service Desk Representative in Dallas, Texas, to provide excellent customer service by resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. The role includes answering and prioritizing incoming requests for assistance.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and strong analytical skills for problem-solving. Previous customer service experience is preferred, as well as expertise with Windows and PC software.
