Location:

Children's Hospital Dallas Campus
Shift: Morning (Full & Part‑Time Positions)

• Provide excellent service and directions for patrons of Children's Health
• Assist with transactions/gate/ticket issues as they arise
• Be present, visible, and available to assist with self‑parking patrons
• Assist parkers with directions and traffic flow
• Be a highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
• Be courteous and friendly
• Communicate effectively
• Stand for long periods of time
• Perform some cleaning duties

• 1 year of customer‑service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer‑service skills
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
• Reliable access to the internet and transportation
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English
