The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing customer service to all inbound and outbound passengers. A three (3) weeks paid Customer Service Agent training is provided in Honolulu.
Essential Functions- Prepare, report and account for necessary documents.
- Accountable for money transactions.
- Check and correct reports and other documents.
- Operate equipment necessary to perform job.
- Where required, record and report meteorological observations.
- Perform Aircraft Marshall duties as required, and other related duties as customarily performed.
