HiOperator is seeking Customer Service Agents to help elevate the customer-service experience by solving customer problems via email and chat for a variety of clients. Agents will use a one-stop platform that combines automation and human judgment to maximize quality production and minimize tedious tasks.
Responsibilities will include:- Solve customer problems via email and chat for multiple clients
- Achieve key standards in customer satisfaction and performance
- Work closely with leaders to improve software and operations
- Excel in a high-standards, fast-paced environment
- Type 40+ wpm with 99% accuracy
- Are dependable and show up ready to work every day
- Are a quick learner able to adapt to evolving policies and procedures
- Take ownership in solving problems
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace
- Can read, comprehend, and write in English
- Saturday to Tuesday, 7am – 6pm
- Monday to Friday, 2pm to 11pm

Pay is $17.00 per hour.
