You will assist policyholders and agents with auto and renters lines, provide timely information, and independently resolve issues to drive satisfaction, growth, and retention.
The role requires at least 1 year in a call center environment, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask. Spanish is a plus; shift from 10:00 am–7:00 pm may apply.
