Our Village Hub Specialists support the daily operations of our neighborhood hubs by completing lease paperwork, providing property tours, and delivering impeccable service to our residents.

• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community, as needed.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, resident information, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Business Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone.
• Work with other employees to maintain a successful customer‑service experience.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Work with all employees to foster The Village team spirit.

• Must have clear understanding or be willing to learn computer skills and ability to multi‑
• Must be willing to work flexible hours/days.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend.
• Be dedicated to excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to tour community with clients, to include walking the community and stairs.
