Restaurant POS Launch Specialist

Overview

We are currently seeking a Restaurant POS Launch Specialist for a prominent client. This position is located in Dallas, TX.

Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $41.38 – 48.28/hr (W2)
• 4-month assignment to start with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business need
• This role is 50% remote with travel requirements across the Dallas metro area
• Personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed
• You will travel to restaurant merchant locations to onboard and train teams on new digital ordering and SaaS platform solutions
• Execute merchant onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless implementation experience
• Create training materials and provide hands-on, in-store training for restaurant staff
• Configure platform software and support implementation of POS and digital ordering systems
• Help to increase merchant adoption and maximize platform success

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant/bar management, customer support, systems implementation, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience implementing or training users on POS systems
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, and other business tools
• Spanish fluency is a plus!
