Surya Carpet is seeking a Hospitality Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Service & Support team in the retail-focused home furnishings industry. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, hospitality-driven service to our retail and designer clients, guiding them through our collections of rugs, lighting, and wall decor. You'll manage inquiries, orders, and returns while promoting products that align with client needs and style.

Partnering closely with sales, you'll help drive revenue, meet service and sales targets, and contribute to Surya's creative, collaborative, and energetic culture focused on growth and client satisfaction.
