Aerospace Customer Service Representative

• Serve as the primary point of contact for military and defense customers
• Manage customer expectations regarding order status, lead times, inventory availability, and delivery schedules
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders within ERP systems
• Monitor orders through the entire fulfillment process from receipt to shipment
• Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions, delays, or shortages
• Review customer documentation requirements and maintain accurate records
• Maintain compliance with company policies regarding classified, controlled, and technical information

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience required, preferred experience in a business-to-business environment

Demonstrates expertise in managing customer relationships and expectations within the military and defense sectors, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective order management through ERP systems.
